Welcome to my Web site!

My name is Valarie Halverson.  I am the math teacher for seventh and eighth grade at Custer Middle School.  This year I will also be teaching an Algebra class at the high school.  This site is designed so students will be able to look up assignments and parents will be able to see what is going on in the classroom.  This year will be doing some hands-on math problems that will require higher levels of thinking.  These activities will challenge the students, but also provide a unique way to explore math concepts.
